Profile & Project Experience

Greg became involved in commercial Real Estate sales and development while attending school. His love for design and construction found opportunity for employment as a project engineer evolving into project superintendent, General superintendent & Project Manager for a series of Regional and National General Contractors and Construction Managers over the past 25 years and has been involved in negotiating, planning and constructing over 300 million dollars of Industrial and commercial projects.

Greg has worked with Sperry & Associates for 13 years in Florida and Georgia. In October 2002 Greg entered into partnership with Sperry opening a General Contracting Firm in Thomasville, Georgia to pursue the South/Middle Georgia Commercial Construction market.

Greg is actively involved in his community; He currently on the Board of Directors for the Thomasville-Thomas County Chamber of Commerce, past Board member Thomasville Historic Preservation Board, Current Member Building Board of Appeals & Adjustments, Member Building owners and managers association, member Thomasville Rotary Club and is active in Coaching and Sponsoring youth sports at the Thomasville YMCA.
